Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Location: South Dennis, MA 02660
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday – Friday

• Local Candidates: $1,500 – $1,800 per week


• Travel Candidates: $2,000 – $2,300 per week

• Maintain annual HHRG values at or above national standards as appropriate


• Utilize HHRG values to determine visit frequency and appropriate interdisciplinary care utilization


• Ensure annual patient outcomes meet national benchmarks


• Refer patients to community resources as needed
