Position Overview:

The Home Health RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across multiple counties. This role focuses on delivering high quality, patient centered home health services, supporting patients with ongoing medical needs, and ensuring safe, coordinated care while working independently in the field.

Schedule & Work Details:

• Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 hours


• Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30PM


• On Call and Weekend Requirement: On Call 2-3 times per week and Weekend On Call up to every other weekend


• Coverage Area: Mercer Co, McDowell Co, Summers Co, Monroe Co


• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, reimbursed between patient visits from first patient to last patient


• Pay Rate: $50-53 per hour
