Summary This position is located at the Wilmington VAMC. The position is for a Pool/Float Registered Nurse (RN) and Emergency Department (RN). Responsibilities This is an OPEN CONTINIOUS Announcement and will remain until 8/21/2026. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applicants will be 6/01/2026 with subsequent cut-off dates. Eligible applicants received after the date will be referred to at regular intervals or as additional vacancies occur on an as needed basis until all positions are filled. The Nurse Resource Pool/Float Registered Nurse (RN) collaborates in the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of policies, procedures, and/or guidelines. Demonstrates performance and leadership that is broad enough to improve the care of all patient care areas included within Resource Pool/Float assignments.
