Summary The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent, evidence based care to assigned patients and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting. Reassess patient condition every 12 hours or as needed. Verify physicians' orders using CPRS. Document vital signs and assessments using CPRS. Take verbal and telephone orders per policy.
