Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care to acute and critically ill patients in the Emergency Room setting, ensuring prompt and effective treatment while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival, delivering timely interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency procedures in line with protocols.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond effectively to changes in condition.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Room nursing.
• Current ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
