Description:Colleague will work primarily within the discharge RN space, with the ability to work on the unit in a patient assignment capability. This colleague will be responsbile for the facilitating of discharge needs and follow through for patients nearing discharge readiness.72hrs per pp Rotating Shift- every other weekend and rotating holidays in accordance with CBA
