This full-time role requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to administer treatments, monitor health, and actively participate in policy-driven care. You will engage in multidisciplinary discussions to ensure the highest care quality and facilitate continuous improvement. Lead your unit through effective management while serving as an advocate for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
• Monitor resident health and implement care plans
• Lead and supervise nursing personnel on your unit
• Prepare for RAI MDS and assessments
