-Rate is *** less if within 51-100 miles and *** less if within 50 miles NOTE: Distance is measured by a straight line not driving distance
-Must Start 2/23
-Assignment for 16-32 weeks
-CVOR RN: 3 12 days (0645-1915).
-With one/two 12 weekday calls - 1900-0715 and usually only one during the week unless short staffed.
-Must be flexible with schedule to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Then one full weekend of call every 5 weeks.
Requirements:
" BLS required, CNOR preferred
" Prior travel experience required
" Must have general experience
" Large (500+ beds), academic, teaching hospital experience required
" A minimum of 2 years OR RN experience with recent experience and high competency in cardio vascular/open heart OR
" May be required to float to other OR suites (general, ortho, neuro, ENT, etc)
" Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
