Summary The Registered Nurse - Community Living Center Intermittent Staffing Pool will demonstrate proficiency in practice based on conscious, deliberate planning and is self-directed in goal setting for managing complex patient situations on this assigned unit where conditions and treatment are normally of a noncritical nature. They will be scheduled to provide supplemental staffing and augment the number of staff within their skill set. Responsibilities This is an intermittent position, which is non-fulltime employment without a regularly scheduled tour of duty. The Registered Nurse - Intermittent Staffing Pool is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned patients and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting.
