As a central liaison between clinical teams, payers, and patients, your role assumes the responsibility and accountability for collaboratively managing the progression of patient’s care with the physician and health care team utilizing evidence based best practice guidelines, a patient advocate who ensures optimal communication, appropriate use of clinical resources and management of patient flow.
