Summary The Primary Care and Specialty medicine Integrated Clinical Community (ICC) Nurse Manager (NM) and Clinic Director is a Registered Nurse (RN) who is responsible for the clinical and administrative operations for Chippewa Falls CBOC. The NM assumes responsibility and accountability for the day to day clinical operation and patient flow of a designated clinic. This includes the management, supervision and evaluation of care delivered by nursing staff and support staff in the clinic. Responsibilities This NM is responsible for contributing to the establishment and implementation of evidenced-based nursing standards of practice.
