**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Coordinates and facilitates patient and family services and advocates for the individual needs of trauma patients. Works with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical and quality outcomes. Identifies and resolves patterns of variance having a negative quality, clinical and financial impact.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact with a minimum of two (2) years related experience
+ ACLS/PALS may be required within one (1) year of employment (unit specific)
