Position Overview

SCOPE OF ROLE: The Registered Nurse collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive timely care that meets evidence-based practice standards. The role integrates utilization management, care coordination, and discharge planning functions to assist residents in achieving positive clinical outcomes and safe transitions to the community. The Registered Nurse provides resident/family support and education and maintains strong relationships with community providers

Montrose residence is a 45-bed congregate supervised treatment program including 3 Respite Program beds that provides transitional housing and restorative services for adult co-ed population diagnosed with mental illness.
