The role includes conducting initial consultations and referrals to accredited doctors or hospitals, administering first aid and over-the-counter medications, organizing health awareness programs, and maintaining confidential employee medical records. Handle the encoding, sorting, and filing of medical documents and support or assist in various HR and General Affairs administrative functions.
