Registered Manager (Ofsted) – Children’s Learning Disabilities
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Location: Specialized 3-bed sensory-aware provision

Your Skill Set & Core Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Excellence: Act as the Registered Manager with Ofsted, ensuring full compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
• Strategic Leadership: Provide oversight of a 3-bed provision, embedding a child-centred, therapeutic culture with 1:1 and 2:1 staffing ratios.
