Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Land Surveyor (PLS) to support land development, infrastructure, and commercial projects throughout the Knoxville and East Tennessee region. This individual will lead survey projects from planning through delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and coordination across field and office teams. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of licensed survey experience in boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, along with the ability to manage projects and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities

+ Oversee and manage land surveying projects including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys.

+ Review and certify survey deliverables such as plats, legal descriptions, calculations, and reports.
