Step into a newly established Home Based Treatment Team supporting people through acute mental health challenges in their own environment. This role provides assessment, treatment, monitoring, and coordination of care for individuals experiencing mental health crisis, with a strong focus on keeping people connected to their whānau and community.

Working as part of an urgent response team, you will deliver intensive short‑term support that offers an alternative to inpatient admission, supports early discharge, and helps prevent escalation into secondary services.
