DUTIES:

• Assess / monitor the residents‘ nutritional status, provide recommendations to medical staff, and develop adequate care plans

• Collaborate with residents and interdisciplinary team members to obtain and maintain food preferences consistent with clinical nutrition needs, ensuring accurate entry and ongoing updates within the foodservice software system.
