Michigan Medicine's Adult Diabetes Education Program is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist in their outpatient Diabetes Education Program. The RDN/CDCES will provide support to adults with diabetes. The RDN/ CDCES will see patients in a variety of ambulatory locations as well as help coordinate discharge planning at UMH.
