Job Description

The Registered Dental Hygienist is responsible for the provision of preventative and treatment services in a Patient Centered Health Home context, with a focus on access to care.

Description of Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting oral health assessments.
• Take dental impressions and pouring models.
• Responsible in performing all preventative and hygiene services in accordance with California Dental practice act.
• Responsible in maintaining sanitary/sterile armamentarium.
• Responsible in organizing/assisting community oral health events.
• Responsible for adhering to the Attendance and Absenteeism Policy.
• Ability to present to and work at any FHCN location.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
