Part-Time | In-Home ABA

Alpha & Omega Kids is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in Stafford, Virginia.

We are seeking reliable, motivated professionals who are comfortable working independently in family homes while receiving consistent supervision from a BCBA.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Minimum 15 hours per week required
• Cases availability between 4:00PM – 8:00 PM
• Daytime and afternoon cases available (weekends are case dependent)
• Consistent weekly assignments

Compensation

$20 – $24 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
