As an RBT, you’ll be a trusted clinical teammate under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll provide high-quality, direct ABA services, coach and support fellow staff, contribute to assessments and behavior plans, and help create positive, supportive environments where people can thrive.
