Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. Must be a BCBA student. If you are not studying to become a BCBA this role is not for you. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing interventions
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
