As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will make a strong, lasting, and positive impact on the lives of children every day. RBT's utilize and apply Applied Behavioral Analysis principles to clients with autism and related diagnoses in the home, community, and school settings. ABA therapy involves both psychological and educational techniques based on the needs of each client. The RBT seeks to motivate the client through positive reinforcement of socially acceptable behavior and teaching replacement strategies for challenging behavior.
