Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (Rbts) to provide one-on-one behavioral support to students with developmental needs in a school-based setting. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba) and support students in achieving their academic, social, and behavioral goals. This is a direct-service, paraprofessional position focused on implementation rather than assessment or program design. Key Responsibilities
