RBT Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavioral therapy techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). RBT Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings
Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals
