Alongside ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in San Diego, CA, to provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental differences.
In this role, you'll work directly with clients in clinic and home-based settings, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll collect session data, follow evidence-based practices, and support progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.
Pay : $22 - $27 / hour ( $500 Sign-On Bonus for valid RBTs)
