Position Overview
Based in SHL's office in Dubai.
What will you be doing? - Provide executive assistance to the Managing Director
- Oversee multiple priorities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Middle East and Africa region with exceptional attention to detail, discretion, professionalism
- Oversee employee‑related government transactions across UAE and KSA, including visas, work permits, residency matters, and regulatory filings
- Liaise with government authorities, embassies, municipalities, chambers of commerce, and relevant ministries
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and advise management accordingly
- Office & Facilities Management, oversee daily operations of SHL offices across the region
- Manage supplier onboarding and procurement processes in line with corporate policies
- HR and administration support, including onboarding and offboarding employees
