A customer of Insight Global is looking to hire a Regional Vice President of Personal Training to come onboard!
This executive-level leader will oversee personal training operations across a growing multi-state region, partnering closely with operations leadership and executive stakeholders to drive revenue, member experience, and team performance. The role focuses heavily on building and scaling teams, optimizing recurring revenue models, and influencing pricing, service design, and overall PT strategy. This individual will spend significant time in the field coaching leaders, conducting audits, and using data to improve KPIs across 17–26 locations. Strong financial acumen and the ability to unpack business performance (AUV, margins, and revenue drivers) are critical.
