Responsibilities

Manage, direct, and evaluate the visual merchandise of the clothing retail stores in the assigned region.

Implement regional visual merchandise strategies to meet the company’s criteria and objectives

Monitor the implementation of visual merchandise policies and procedures and ensure that the stores comply with them

Supervise and train employees regarding visual merchandise techniques, methods, and standards
- Create and implement displays, merchandising plans, and other promotional initiatives to attract customers and increase sales
