Position Overview
Job Description - Establish and manage a regional Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring and performance management framework for key regional vendors
- Analyze operational data, identify and drive areas for cost, productivity and performance improvement in all markets that we operate in
- Identify gaps in operational resource planning and develop mitigation strategies
- Support the development and alignment of SOPs, best practices, and performance targets
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance tracking
- Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning to execution
- Track business performance and support the preparation of management reporting
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a strong interest in operations, project management and process improvement
