Overview: The Transportation Supervisor works under the direction of the Transportation Manager and contributes to the achievement of Baldor's mission, by monitoring, directing and supporting Baldor Drivers while on the field. This position supervises the Local Delivery Drivers in the day-to-day operations including but not limited to supervising road operations to ensure adherence to operating, DOT & Safety policies and supervising Driver performance including on-time delivery, quality, and ensuring quality customer service to clients.
