Reginal Training Manager for Europe South and America
Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) is looking for a Regional Training Manager (m/f), based in Spain, responsible for the coordination of training activities in Europe South, North America and South America. The main focus is to work with our partners and customers on training activities, planning and scheduling trainings based on market demand and assigning trainers to the different courses.
Responsibilities of the Reginal Trainings Manager:
Communicate and Launch the training strategy, offer, pricing, programs towards Customers and Internals, collect and generate the training demands in line with ALE strategy (Sales) and local/regional strategy
Accountable for the quantity and quality of the training delivery in the Region for the Customers and get/relay information from/to central team (delivery, offer, operations, programms)
