Capability Building and Training Strategy
- Develop and implement an integrated capability framework covering Functional training (Product knowledge, disease area expertise), selling skills & customer engagement techniques, market access fundamentals, compliance & ethical promotion practices, and Behavioral and Leadership Skills
- Align training strategy with regional business goals and market maturity levels
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistency and relevance
Onboarding and Expansion Support
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs for new hires across APAC
- Support capability build for new market entries and business expansions
- Ensure distributor teams are effectively onboarded and aligned with company standards
