Support group total rewards initiatives including job grading, job evaluation, salary structure development, and compensation planning through market benchmarking, analysis, and cost modelling.
Coordinate regional participation in market surveys and work closely with HR teams to ensure accurate submissions and validation.
Provide guidance to HR and business units on compensation & benefits policies, reward frameworks, and remuneration practices.
Review and recommend competitive remuneration packages.
Assist in bonus scheme design, cost simulation, and compensation analysis.
Evaluate and standardize allowances, employee benefits, and insurance programmes across the group.
Collaborate with regional HR and business stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of total rewards frameworks while considering local market practices.
