**General Responsibilities:**
Oversee and provide near-surface geophysical (geophysics) technical expertise in the management of regional teams. Provide direction and lead efforts to grow revenue, standardize policies, practices and procedures among employees in the North Central South Central (NC SC) Region. Monitor the performance of teams and facilitate training, site visits, quality audits and safety incident investigation. Will participate in marketing activities and recruitment of new team members.
This role will be based out of a Terracon office located in either St. Louis, Missouri or Lenexa, Kansas. The NC SC Region currently has a team of 20+ geophysical team members.
