Position Overview
**What You Will Do:**
Activate Global Talent Management Processes
-You will partner with the Senior Manager, Talent Management to develop and deploy Talent Management COE processes such as performance and development planning, talent & succession management, and engagement-through HR Leaders, ensuring consistency, impact, and adoption
-You will serve as COE Partner to primarily HRLT and HR Directors in assigned geography, helping them to understand the global processes and tools building their capability within those Talent Management areas, answering their questions, and solving their issues.
Support Global Talent Management Initiatives
-You will take direction from Director Global Ti Capability and Strategy, Sr. Manager and Talent Management to develop and implement components of talent management programs or projects within the Talent Management strategy
