Role Overview

The Regional Solutions Lead, India plays a critical role in mea’s go-to-market strategy. This person partners primarily with regional solution leaders. A critical part of the sales process is successfully executing and beating client expectations on Proof of Concepts (PoCs). The role will co-ordinate the mea team in india to ensure success, taking direction on proof of concept scope, priorities, and desired client outcomes, then translating those requirements into the processes, coordination, and backend execution needed to ensure Proof of Concepts (PoC’s) run smoothly and exceed client expectations.

Success in this role requires exceptional communication, creativity, strong organisational skills, and a deep understanding of insurance, combined with a clear understanding of mea’s product capabilities and boundaries.
