Regional Soft Services Manager - North

Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE) + Electric Company Car or Allowance

Location: North of the UK

Due to the location of the sites, candidates must live in Derby or surrounding areas.

We’re recruiting an experienced Regional Soft Services Manager with a strong security background to lead Security, Cleaning, and Catering operations across a large, multi‑site national contract overseeing the North of the UK.

This is a security‑led role , where robust, compliant security delivery is critical to contract success. Alongside this, you will provide senior‑level oversight of cleaning and catering services, ensuring all service lines operate cohesively, safely, and to the highest standards.

You’ll be a key, client‑facing leader with responsibility for operational performance, compliance, team leadership, and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio.
