Overview

You are regularly on the ground, moving from site to site across the region to support project teams during critical execution phases. As a trusted on‑site advisor, you work closely with project managers, site managers, site supervisors, and contractors to strengthen execution quality, safety, and discipline. You observe site setups and daily operations, identify execution risks and deviations early, and provide hands‑on guidance to improve performance. Drawing on best practices from across the region and global standards, you help teams resolve issues pragmatically, stabilize challenging situations, and prevent recurrence. Where required, you escalate critical risks and systemic issues through established governance channels.
