PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Regional Service Sales Manager drives sustainable and profitable service revenue growth within the assigned territory / customers. The role is accountable for the full Service-Attach lifecycle from initial attach to contract renewal, upsell, and cross-sell and is accountable for maximizing attach rates, growing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and achieving service sales targets.This encompasses driving contract sales initiatives, enabling indirect service attach, maximizing contract renewals, proactively identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities, and continuously expanding into adjacent revenue streams and new monetization potential.As part of the account team, the Regional Service Sales Manager supports large and non-standard opportunities by contributing to the service solution design (together with Field Service & Support and Service Backbone Operations) and by providing pricing and commercial positioning.
