The RegionalService Manager will manage and lead a team of TLD technicians and enforce all required processes to improve TLD support by being the first escalation point. They are also responsible for performing repairs on TLD equipment. They will oversee all service activity in an assigned region and manage the project assigned. The RegionalService Manager will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
