POSITION: REGIONAL SENIOR SALES MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies on ASEAN markets to drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth.
- Lead, manage, and coach the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives across Southeast Asia.
- Maintain close communication and regular reporting with Asean and China HQ, ensuring strong alignment between regional execution and overall corporate strategy.
- Manage key strategic accounts, building long-term partnerships with customers and channel partners.
- Collaborate with different regional Business Units (BUs) to jointly manage global customer accounts, including major global EMS and multinational customers, ensuring a consistent global account strategy and execution.
