EHS & ESG Support: Lead the onboarding and monitoring of EHS and ESG initiatives in the region to meet the sustainability requirements of global clients.
Operational Monitoring: Oversee 24/7 in‑country support, including route monitoring and physical security surveillance for high‑value cargo.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with HQ teams and stations to manage stakeholder security needs and prioritize risk mitigation.
Incident Management: Manage incident triage, investigation, and reporting in alignment with HQ templates and response protocols.
