A Regional Sales Trainer day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learn about solutions offered by Ozone within 2 weeks of joining
2. Create presentations & videos for product & sales training. Help learning designer in updating content
(presentations, videos, cheat sheets, FAQ's etc.)
3. Conduct Training programs (New Hire Training, Refreshers, Sales Workshop)
4. Plan the training programs (and training calendars) in complete sync with the Sales, Talent acquisition & HR teams
for both new hires as well as existing channel sales consultants (refreshers) on time and manage them optimally
5. Collaborate with team members to create robust On Job Training (30-60-90 days) Plan. Monitor sales performance
using on the job training. Guide assigned sales team and contribute towards product knowledge and skill
improvement training for the team
