-Graduate of any B. S. Engineering, Management, Or Marketing course.

-At least three (3) to five (5) years managerial experience in sales environment specifically general trade

or traditional sales within NCR.

-Must have a proven sales track record and manage a particular district/region handling similar sales team

set-up. Experience in using sales APPs whether internal or external.

-Experience from FMCG industry aside from Construction industry is okay.

-Not more than 47 years old

-Must be NCR-based

-Willing to do full-time fieldwork

-No butterfly stint (2 years average length of service)

-Knows how to drive

-Male or Female
