Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Sells company products through distributors and/or direct sales (Italy, Austria and Switzerland).
• Provides market research for the targeted markets with recommendation of potential partners.
• Is responsible for meeting established sales quotas in conformance with the annual budget through channel sales management activities.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of products and services.
• Works with Management to determine the type and number of Distributors necessary to cover the assigned region.
• Maintains a constant awareness of markets, competitor activities and problems with assigned areas; recognizes market trends and takes corrective actions or makes appropriate recommendations, which may include recruiting new and terminating existing Distributors.
• Develops annual business plan with Distributors, which includes sales goals and market development activities.
