Position Overview
To lead and grow assigned region by driving Availability, Visibility and Advocacy , ensuring aboveβmarket growth and 100% execution of agreed commercial initiatives, handling distributors and Territory Managers and implementing sales strategy.
Manage assigned region ensuring monthly target achievement and delivering planned growth .
Develop and maintain business relationships with distributors in assigned region to achieve company objectives.
Lead & manage the team of territory managers to achieve (or exceed) assigned targets.
Ensure all trade marketing activities are carried out in the region as per the plan.
Improve & drive pharmacist advocacy and recommendation through RTDs, trainings, and engagement programs.
Effectively drive trade channels as per defined guidelines to ensure optimal market coverage and sales performance.
Develop monthly work plan and ensure market visits accordingly.
