Position Overview
To execute the sales/business in his/her region of Java or Sulawesi and develop strong relationship with distributor/dealer and retailer and supervise his/her team on free market (rice-corn-vegetables) to support B2C business strategy.
Responsibilities
1) Business
- Regional Sales Manager execute the sales/business target on his/her area coverage which is Sulawesi
2) Develop the channel networks
- Regional Sales Manager has to develop the channel networks start from distributor or dealer, retailer-1 and retailer-2
- Regional Sales Manager has to do Retailers gathering in order to secure business process.
3) Develop the Launching Steps
- Regional Sales Manager in cooperation with Business Manager and Product Development Manager to prepare and execute the launching process for 2C Business in free market
