Drive regional sales of semiconductor manufacturing equipment (full systems, not components/modules) across Southeast Asia and assigned territories.
Manage strategic accounts including foundries, IDMs, OSATs, and OEMs; identify and secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored equipment solutions and lead contract negotiations to close deals.
Track market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitor activity; maintain accurate forecasts, CRM updates, and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering or Marketing.
At least 3 years of equipment sales experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, preferably in back-end processes.
Good understanding of fab and OSAT workflows, qualification protocols, and CapEx planning cycles.
